Our work begins with an in-depth discovery process to gain insight into the specific challenge and opportunity at hand. Depending on the complexity of your situation, our discovery process might look like a conversation over coffee, structured interviews within your organization, or a facilitated Discovery Day.

Once we’ve landed on a clear definition of the equation you’re trying to solve, we set a crystal clear definition of success in our relationship, and design a process to get us there
