This interactive workshop is designed for business owners, executives, visionaries, and integrators.
It helps small business leaders make more informed executive decisions by combining three elements: a) validated organizational health assessment tool, b) professional facilitation for deeper insights, and c) concrete action planning. Upon registration, each participant will receive a unique link to run an 8 minute diagnostic that measures their organization's ability to execute strategy across six critical areas. During the session, each participant receives their comprehensive Organizational Health and Execution Insights; which outlines their organization’s execution strengths and hidden vulnerabilities. Then, we’ll walk through how to identify drivers and root causes of specific execution opportunities and challenges. Time is set aside for action planning using our execution framework and each member’s data. Participants walk out with fresh insight and concrete action steps, not just information.
